Last Updated: December 15, 2025

Welcome to TC Clinical Services ("TC Clinical," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.tc-clinicalservices.com (the "Website") and any services, information, or communications provided through the Website or by contacting TC Clinical directly (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Website or Services.

1 Description of Services

TC Clinical Services provides:

Wound Care Specialist Matching

We connect patients with chronic, non-healing wounds to a network of board-certified specialists including plastic surgeons, Mohs-trained dermatologists, general surgeons, foot and ankle orthopedists, podiatrists, vascular specialists, and other wound care certified clinicians.

Access to Advanced Treatments

Through our network of specialists, patients may receive advanced wound care treatments including amnion placental allografts, blood-derived growth factor therapies, and other biologics and wound care products.

PONS Therapy for Gait Deficits

We offer access to PONS (Portable Neuromodulation Stimulator) Therapy, a rehabilitation technology for patients 25 years and older experiencing walking and balance difficulties due to neurological conditions.

Care Coordination

We facilitate communication between referring providers, patients, and specialists to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Important:

TC Clinical is a healthcare coordination and specialist placement service. The actual medical treatment you receive is provided by independent healthcare providers in our network, each of whom is independently licensed and responsible for the care they provide.

2 Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website and Services independently. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use our Website and Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

PONS Therapy services are available only to patients 25 years of age and older.

Geographic Availability

Our Services are currently available to patients in the United States. Specific services may be limited by geographic availability of our network providers.

Insurance and Payment

Many of our services are covered by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance plans. Eligibility for coverage depends on your specific insurance plan, medical necessity, and other factors. We make no guarantee of insurance coverage for any specific service.

3 Medical Disclaimer

Information Is Not Medical Advice

The information provided on our Website, including but not limited to descriptions of wound care treatments, PONS Therapy, and specialist services, is for general informational and educational purposes only. This information:

  • Is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Should NOT be used to self-diagnose or self-treat any health condition
  • Does NOT create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship
  • May not apply to your specific medical situation

Always Consult a Healthcare Provider

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, treatment options, or your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on our Website.

No Guarantees of Outcomes

While we strive to connect patients with highly qualified specialists and advanced treatments, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific medical outcomes. Healing times, treatment effectiveness, and results vary based on individual patient factors including:

  • Overall health and medical history
  • Wound characteristics and severity
  • Compliance with treatment protocols
  • Underlying conditions and comorbidities
  • Individual response to treatment

Statistics and outcomes data presented on our Website (such as "25% faster healing") represent averages and may not reflect the results you will experience.

Treatment Decisions

All decisions regarding your medical treatment are made between you and your treating healthcare provider. TC Clinical facilitates connections to specialists but does not make treatment decisions, prescribe medications, or provide direct medical care.

4 No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Website Interactions

Visiting our Website, reading our content, or submitting an inquiry through our contact forms does not create a doctor-patient, provider-patient, or therapeutic relationship between you and TC Clinical or any healthcare provider.

Initial Communications

Initial communications with TC Clinical staff regarding your wound or mobility challenges are for the purpose of assessing whether our Services may be appropriate for you and facilitating a referral to a specialist. These communications do not constitute medical advice or treatment.

Provider Relationships

A doctor-patient relationship is established only when you are formally accepted as a patient by a healthcare provider in our network and that provider agrees to provide treatment. Each specialist in our network maintains their own policies regarding patient acceptance and the establishment of care relationships.

5 Not Emergency Services

TC Clinical Is Not an Emergency Service

Our Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including but not limited to:

  • Sudden severe pain
  • Signs of infection (fever, spreading redness, foul odor)
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Chest pain
  • Signs of stroke
  • Any condition you believe requires immediate medical attention

CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY

Do not use our Website or contact forms to report emergencies.

Urgent Wound Care Needs

If you have an urgent but non-emergency wound care need, contact your primary care physician or visit an urgent care facility. Our specialist matching services are designed for scheduled, coordinated care—not urgent or same-day treatment.
